Dumpster Rental Guidelines
Choose from our 10, 15, or 20-yard dumpster rentals to fit the needs of your project. Rentals are charged per haul-off, with full payment required prior to delivery, and dumpsters can be rented for up to 7 days. Each load has a maximum weight limit of 4 tons.
If your load exceeds the 4-ton weight limit, an overweight fee of $150 per ton will be automatically charged to the card on file at the time of disposal. Loads containing prohibited waste are also subject to a $150 per ton prohibited waste fee, which will be automatically charged to the card on file at the time of disposal.
When booking your dumpster rental, please include any special jobsite notes that may be important for delivery or placement, as well as the drop-off location where you would like the dumpster delivered.
Accepted Materials
We accept the following items:
- Paper
- Glass
- Cardboard
- Plastics
- Yard waste (bagged or loose)
- Land clearing debris (including sod)
- Furniture
- Mattresses
- Clothing
- Office paper
- Carpet
- Carpet padding
- Flower pots
- Metals
- Concrete (mixed with other approved materials)
- Wood
- Rocks
- Soil
- Toys
- Treated lumber
- Other materials not known or expected to produce leachate which could pose a threat to the environment.
Prohibited Materials
The following items are not permitted:
- Wet concrete
- Loads consisting of only dry concrete (except for 10 yard dumpster)
- Liquid paint
- Refrigerant-containing appliances or equipment
- Tires
- Hazardous waste
Please contact us if you are unsure whether a material is accepted before loading your dumpster. Loads containing prohibited waste are subject to a $150 per ton prohibited waste fee, which will be automatically charged to the card on file at the time of disposal.
